AI Governance

Your team is already using AI. The question your examiner, and your customers, will ask is whether you can prove where the data went. Orbis builds the policy, procedure, and everyday controls that let a financial entity use AI with confidence and show its work.

The whole doctrine fits on one hand. Where information came from decides where it can go; removing names does not change that. If it was learned from a customer matter, it is customer matter information. AI informs; people decide, in writing. AI may format facts; humans select facts. Registered use is protected use.

There are two ways in. The AI Readiness Assessment is a diagnostic: a mock examiner request, a GLBA Safeguards gap assessment, a scored gap register, and a prioritized remediation roadmap. The AI Policy Sprint is the build, delivered at a fixed fee: an adapted procedure, an analyst desk SOP, a plain language policy, and a seeded AI Use Case Register. Implementation, training, retained advisory, and standalone Template Packs (VASP and Financial Entity editions) are available alongside.

The governance is dogfooded, not theoretical. Orbis runs the same controls it sells, led by a former federal financial crime investigator with over a decade of federal service and daily, hands on work in blockchain analytics and BSA/AML compliance. These are frameworks and templates for adaptation with your counsel. They are not legal advice, and they promise no specific regulatory outcome.
